Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Philanthropeak Coaching, we value your satisfaction and aim to be transparent about our refund and return practices. This policy applies to all customers in our service regions, including the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, UAE, India, and over 100 other countries listed here.

Physical Products

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective physical products.

Return window: Within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, if approved.

To start a return or exchange, please email hello@philanthropeak.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads, online templates, toolkits, or other instant-access materials once purchased.

Please ensure you review all product details and previews before purchase. If you encounter any issues accessing your download, we’re happy to help — just email us at hello@philanthropeak.co.uk.

Coaching Services

Coaching programmes and services are covered by performance guarantees or satisfaction assurances as outlined in each individual programme agreement.

Refunds for coaching services are not offered by default. However, where a programme includes a specific guarantee (e.g., “Double Your Revenue in 12 Weeks or Your Money Back”), eligibility for a refund will be clearly stated and subject to fulfilment of all terms and participation requirements.

If you have any questions about guarantees or expectations, please reach out to your coach or contact us directly.
